At Highfill Performance Group we know why there wasn’t a miracle on your street or any other for that matter – people make things happen. And if people aren’t willing to change, then guess what? The only magic you get is one big poof of dust when the initiative burns out.

Our president, Donna S. Highfill, grew up as a child of a change-agent/preacher father. Every three years their family went to work to build up burned-out churches. Through that experience and 25 years in Corporate America, Donna has figured out how to get people from knowing to doing. She’s helped a top ten bank increase their sales after thirteen quarters of flat earnings; she’s initiated a service program in a different top ten bank that helped the region leader win first place at the service recognition awards the next year.

Most importantly, Donna grew up with a desire to help others shine. Let’s face it, at the end of three years change agents move on to the next change. She helps leaders create internal strength so that the change sticks long after she’s gone.

We’ve worked with the Pentagon, top ten banks, community banks and local retail stores. Change is needed everywhere, and is usually disguised in the form of sales initiatives, customer experience (service) initiatives, and project plans that are way too colorful and complicated.
